Payments managed by Microsoft
Oxy Finance subscriptions are acquired as in-app add-ons through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft manages the purchasing account, payment method, recurring billing and refund eligibility.
The terms displayed at activation, the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale and applicable local laws take precedence.
One-month free trial
Eligible Oxy Finance subscriptions include a one-month free trial. Microsoft may require a valid payment method, but no amount is charged during the trial.
- At the end of the trial, the selected paid plan begins automatically.
- Cancel before the displayed trial end date to avoid the first charge.
- Access normally remains active until the trial ends after cancellation.
- A customer can generally acquire the same subscription trial only once.
Cancel or turn off recurring billing
Sign in to Microsoft Services & subscriptions, find Oxy Finance, select Manage, then cancel or turn off recurring billing. Keep Microsoft’s confirmation.
Refunds after billing
Applications, add-ons and subscriptions are digital products. Microsoft states that they are generally not returnable unless Microsoft grants a refund or applicable law requires one. Eligibility varies by country, subscription and transaction date. Microsoft indicates that some subscriptions purchased in Canada may qualify for a prorated refund.
Oxygen DW does not guarantee a fixed refund window. The 72-hour Marketplace SaaS window and seven-day commercial NCE window do not describe the consumer Microsoft Store add-on used by Oxy Finance.
Request a refund
- Start in Services & subscriptions.
- Review your Microsoft order history and use any refund option offered.
- If no option appears or billing seems incorrect, contact Microsoft Support.
Oxygen DW’s role
Oxygen DW cannot credit a payment card or force a refund from this website. We can help identify the subscription, document a technical problem and direct you to Microsoft. Email admin@oxygendw.com with the order number and issue, but never send a password or full card details.
Rights under applicable law
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your province, country or region. Microsoft policies may change; the terms shown in your account and during the transaction are the most current reference.
