Acceptance and capacity
By accessing the site, installing an application or using an Oxygen DW service, you accept these terms. You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction.
Account, licence and permitted use
You are responsible for your account information and access credentials. Applications are licensed, not sold with their intellectual-property rights. Unauthorized copying, resale, licence circumvention or malicious use is prohibited.
Features, pricing and availability
Features, prices and dates identified as preliminary may change before launch. The final information is what is presented at purchase or activation.
User responsibilities
You remain responsible for the information you enter, its accuracy, and the backups offered or recommended in the documentation.
No professional advice
Oxy Finance is an organization and tracking tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice and does not replace a qualified professional.
Third-party platforms
Downloads, updates, payments and activation may depend on the Microsoft Store. That platform’s terms also apply to its services and transactions.
Intellectual property
Oxygen DW, Oxy Finance, interfaces, text, visuals, trademarks and associated software are protected by applicable laws.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, security risks, non-payment or material breach, subject to applicable law.
Warranties and limitation
We work to provide reliable products, but no system can be guaranteed error-free or uninterrupted. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as products, laws or practices evolve. They are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada without excluding mandatory protections in the user’s jurisdiction.
